Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and labels still attached and no signs of wear may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date.
Items marked as final sale are non-refundable and not acceptable for return. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees to the New York office. 

Items that meet return criteria will be refunded within ten (10) business days. Note that bank processing times may vary. 

Please donate to another diabetic in your life, or the JDRF if the product does not suit you, and is past the return date.
