Calycanthus Lingerie is committed to ensuring our products are as environmentally friendly as possible. This includes:
- eliminating plastic tag fasteners and using string as a replacement
- using certified recycled paper for hang tags
- using recycled cardboard for shipping boxes
- using stickers that are 100% FSC-certified recycled paper and printed with water-based inks. These eco-friendly stickers are home-compostable after use.

Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date, items must not be worn, and have all tags attached and in unused condition. If the item appears to have been worn, a refund will not be issued. If you have kept the item past the 30 day mark, please consider gifting the item to a friend.

We know these items are delicate and special to you, so caring for them correctly will ensure a longer life. Hand wash whenever possible with cold water and a gentle detergent. If life is too busy for handwashing, wash your pieces in a mesh bag with like-colors in a cold cycle and gentle detergent. Hang to dry regardless! Please refer to the care tags on your product if needed.

Garter: Measure the circumference of your thigh about 3" from your crotch (or wherever you prefer to wear the garter!). Refer to our sizing chart for confirmation on the correct size for you.

Bust Band: Measure the circumference of your bust right under where your bra band would sit. Refer to our sizing chart for confirmation on the correct size for you.

Through Shopify, we use DHL to ship out to our customers. Once our items arrive from Italy they are shipped from our offices in New York City.
